3. User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking. You must update your account details whenever there are changes.
Conduct: You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not:

4. Booking and Payment

Payment: Comfy Stayz uses a third-party payment processor to handle transactions. Payment terms and fees will be clearly stated during the booking process. Hosts will receive payouts of their reservations 24 hours after their guests have checked out the premises.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policies set by the host. Comfy Stayz may offer assistance in disputes between guests and hosts, but ultimately, each party is responsible for adhering to the terms of their agreement.
5. Host Obligations
Property Listings: Hosts must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date descriptions of their properties. This includes details on amenities, availability, and pricing. Hosts are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Guest Experience: Hosts are responsible for providing the accommodation and services as described in their listing, and for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for their guests.
6. Guest Obligations
Respectful Behavior: Guests must respect the house rules set by the host and behave in a respectful manner toward the host and the property. Any damage or loss caused during the stay is the guest’s responsibility.
Stay Duration: Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times agreed upon in the booking. Any changes to the booking must be communicated and agreed to in advance with the host.
7. Fees and Charges
Comfy Stayz may charge service fees for bookings made through the platform. The fee structure will be clearly displayed during the booking process. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Host Fees: Hosts will incur a commission fee for bookings made through the platform. The fee will be deducted from the total amount paid by the guest and the remaining amount will be processed to your after the check-out of the guests.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Comfy Stayz respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination and Suspension
Comfy Stayz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that harms the platform or its users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comfy Stayz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from transactions between guests and hosts.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from the use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration Act.
